Hi Sara,

This is Deb and Rick Brown. We adopted Sandy from you on 12/31/08. We just wanted to let you know Sandy is doing great. Everyday she adjusts to her new home and family a little bit more. She is so sweet with the three grandkids and they all love her. Sandy loves to go on walks and even knows which house is hers when we are on the way back home. She loves to cuddle during TV time and snuggles with us at bedtime - she loves to burrow under a blanket - too cute. Yesterday she hid her chew stick three different places in the house - it was so fun to watch her - I think she finally understands this is her home. It is a pleasure to have her in our family. We love to see her excitement when we come home from work each day. She is a jewel.

We are including a couple of photos we took within the first few days and will send you an updated one later.
